Land Divisions

Parker Conveyancing can assist with subdividing land from one allotment into two or multiple allotments. At Parker Conveyancing we will discuss the subdivision process with our clients and liaise with the surveyor involved regarding the plans and approvals and with any Banks and other departments in relation to Consents to complete the subdivision process and deposit the plan of the division with Land Services SA thereby creating new titles for the new allotments.

Holly Parker

Holly Parker is the business owner of Parker Conveyancing and is a Registered Conveyancer.  Prior to becoming a Registered Conveyancer, Holly worked in law firms in Port Lincoln and Adelaide for over 15 years predominately as an Office Manager and Paralegal. The valuable knowledge and skills gained in those roles assisted Holly in upskilling her career to become a conveyancer in 2018 and now a business owner. 

Holly grew up on a farm on the Lower Eyre Peninsula and is a country girl at heart who loves living the city life. Having lived in both country and city environments, Holly has a background which assists her in dealing with clients and matters in both city and rural locations in SA.     

Holly is a Certified Practising Conveyancer and Member of the Australian Institute of Conveyancers. She is PEXA Certified and able to settle conveyancing transactions electronically. Holly is also a Specialist Law Clerk Member of the Law Society of South Australia.
